Abdul Ahad Sports Academy is a nonprofitable academy owned by Abdul Ahad and his children. Their aim is to use sports to positively develop children and young people.

Abdul Ahad Sports Academy is an academy dedicated to building a brighter future for children and young people by enhancing the quality of their sporting skills through the provision and promotion of a range of sport-related activities. We want to ensure young people live healthy and active lives and be the best they can be.

Our mission is to provide opportunities for young people to use as a catalyst for positive sporting development and success. We are making provisions for a range of projects that use sport in a way to attract and sustain children and young people and enable them to gain benefits from our services.

Terms of Use
Code of Conduct
Children or young adult and anyone else use the facilities are asked to comply with the Abdul Ahad Sports Academy code of conduct. This is available from coaches and explains what unacceptable behaviour is. Anyone act inappropriately will be spoken to and explain to them so that they can understand why their behaviour is unacceptable. To ensure the safety of all the users of the facilities and staff incidents of bad behaviour will be recorded and parents/guardians/appropriate body will be advised. Two incidents of inappropriate behaviour is likely to result in the termination of the registration. Serious incidents involving danger to others will result in immediate termination from the Academy.
We will not tolerate any of the following behaviours:

Aggressive behaviour towards other or facilities users or staff.

Physical or verbal bullying.

Swearing, and all forms of discrimination particularly of political believes, religion and disability.
Registration
Registration only can be made in person in the academy office.
Maximum Numbers at the Academy site
The number of children/young adult/adult permitted to attend Abdul Ahad Sports Academy services is restricted by the facilities available and number of staff/volunteers available. Where the number of users requiring places exceeds the expectable limit the allocation of placements will be made on a first come first served basis.
Health and Safety
It is our policy to encourage ways of working that will create a safe and healthy environment for children/young adult/adult, employees and all other persons which enter the premises during our hours of operation.
All persons coming on to the premises have a responsibility to conduct themselves in such a matter that they will ensure the health and safely of themselves and others they come into contact with. All staff, volunteers are responsible for working in such a way to ensure their own safety, the safety of the children and others that they come into contact with.
Liability
Abdul Ahad Sports Academy does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to personal property. And anyone entering Abdul Ahad Sports Academies premises including the grounds or using any of the facilities does so entirely at their own risk. The owner or the management of the Academy will not be liable for any injury to or death of any persons, or for the damage or loss of any property, whether caused by the ordinary or gross negligence of the owner, employees, agents, or any other person resulting from any other cause whatsoever.

Accordingly, we are strongly committed to positive action to remove and/or counter discrimination in all aspects. Any individuals or groups behaviour is offensive, the matter will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken against the offender/s.
